Dixie Power Monthly Survey Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR:

The Dixie Power Monthly Survey Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Dixie Power (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Amazon.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old and are Dixie Power members in good standing. Employees of Dixie Power and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. ENTRY PERIOD:

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (MST) on the first day of each calendar month and ends at 11:59 PM (MST) on the last day of the same month (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

Participants may enter the Giveaway through one of the following methods:

• Survey Entry: Complete the member satisfaction surveys sent via email.
• Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without completing a survey, send a written request with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address to: Dixie Power Survey Giveaway 145 W. Brigham Rd. St. George, Utah 84790 Entries must be postmarked within the Entry Period.

5. PRIZE:

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash substitution is allowed. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted within thirty (30) days after the end of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via email or phone and must respond within thirty (7) days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Dixie Power reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Dixie Power, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

9. PRIVACY:

Any personal information collected will only be used for the administration of the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize.

10. GOVERNING LAW:

The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
