High-Density Rate Tariff Adjustment

Starting March 1st, 2025, an increase will go into effect for our High-Density Rate Tariff.

At Dixie Power, we are committed to meeting our members’ needs and are proud to offer some of the lowest power rates in the country. To address the increasing demand for high-density loads (i.e., hyper-scale facilities or data centers), we are adjusting our High-Density Rate Tariff.

Who Does This Affect?
This rate adjustment will apply only to entities with high-density loads exceeding 200 kW and a minimum load density of 250kWh/ft2. Currently, no Dixie Power member meets these criteria, meaning standard member rates will not be affected by this adjustment.

Why Adjust the High-Density Rate?
Dixie Power is proactively implementing this rate adjustment to ensure equitable service for all members and to maintain stable rates.
