As a member of Dixie Power, you have a say in how the company is managed and directed. You are represented by a Board of Directors elected from districts in the Dixie Power area. The Board of Directors attend monthly meetings to discuss the current issues and affairs pertaining to the co-op. Board members vote on policies and other key issues that affect the company and oversee management, ensuring the members’ interests are considered in an equitable manner.
