Billing Department: You have my permission to transfer the electric service into my name on any rental properties that I own when tenants move out and request that the service be disconnected. I will inform the office if property/properties are sold to cancel the agreement.

This Agreement does not prevent disconnect for non-payment of account(s). Adding or removing properties will not automatically start/stop service. A request must be made separate to this agreement. Which each addition of a service a minimal fee is required. The sale of the property will not remove the property from the agreement. Dixie Power must be notified to cancel the agreement.
